Sun Enters Aries

We come to the time of year where we welcome and celebrate life, the new — as we are born once more out of our dreams, initiated into physicality, the spirit always perseveres.

All hail Aries season, associated with the quality of cardinal fire, and the the first sign of the zodiac — which propels us forward, sometimes the steps are taken before the thoughts are fully awakened.

The lessons come through in hindsight, keeping us on our toes, as almost anything goes. Theres no stopping this explosive force, as we let the inner child explore, more and more.

Ruled by Mars, there is such a strong sense of movement, a very outward exuberance, and a yang expression prevalent. This will fire us up from stagnation, yet if one is unwilling to awaken from the collective slumber, one may find this energy too pushy, leaving us tense and aggravated.

This is a season to embrace change and growth, and to truly take the steps of change for yourself — It is not a season to be taking a back seat.

With the Sun and Venus rapidly approaching Chiron, the wounded healer, for a very powerful and illuminating conjunction — there are multiple levels of healing, change and self mastery possible, not only for the self but within our inter-relational dynamics.

It will be important to put all stubbornness aside, really allowing for one to pioneer a new way, initiating the change, and following through with tenacity and will power to move our inner worlds first, before our outer world responds.

Love yourself, honour yourself and your unique path, and most importantly don’t let yourself get in the way of your own radiance — don’t be afraid to take the road less travelled, doing things differently.

We are always seeking new experiences to learn from and unpack — new people, places and experiences are what keeps us evolving, giving undeniable substance and a zest for life.

Sometimes we are in fact the biggest obstacle to overcome, and here is a push from the universe, now is the time to take matters into our own hands, and really take care of business.
