We are in the aftermath of the New Moon in Virgo, the sign of the devoted healer, the medicine woman, and the sign of the practical, yet critically refined mind. So, we are gifted with the energy of a complete overhaul and spring clean of our personal sphere — it is time we come back to recognise our bare necessities and non negotiables, to really championing what truly matters, as we both individually and collectively work towards transforming our lives, and as a result our outer world.

As Virgo is a mutable sign, we are in a season of undeniable movement and change.

It is a time associated with seeding our realities with intent, starting new projects, working diligently and tenaciously to achieve our goals, and both metaphorically and physically giving our realities a much needed purification as our medicine and impetus for forging forward. It is a time where we honour simplicity, and all the necessary practicalities in which life asks us to complete. We are facilitated in coming to a sincere understanding of what is integral to our function, and to really let go of anything that is not in service, or showing up as unnecessary baggage.

This lunar event is creating an exact trine to Uranus in Taurus, which is a little bit of reprieve from the intense Uranus squares that we have been facing for much of this year. Finally, and with much delight, the revolutionary change maker Uranus, is harnessing and honing in on this Virgo energy. It is creating the ability to harmoniously, yet vigorously transition from the older constructs which keep us stagnant. And, with the ample clarity that is accessible during this time, we can integrate a new way of being into our everyday lives. As a result, this lunation is really ushering the change and the follow through within our personal routines that we have all been waiting for.

Mercury in Libra is the chart ruler, and is pertaining to undeniable equanimity within our relations. The relations to our Earth, our personal associations, our communities, and to all of humanity are all very much inter-connected. Our relationship to ourselves is our primary relationship however, and how we treat ourselves, speak to ourselves, what we feed ourselves, in all forms — all equate to our personal, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

We must look to our role in co-facilitating the creation of this sense of ease, to really go beyond all current polarising aspects that are permeating into the current collective narrative. This means to really trust in our own choice and discernment, and to trust and accept others' choices too. We all incarnated here to experience a sense of freedom of choice and autonomy over our reality, to choose who we wish to be, and therefore the movements of our future trajectory. We must deeply remember this, and remind ourselves of this mutual respect of the individual, as we pave our own paths. A healthy collective is a diversely expressing collective, that is what really creates true balance.

We are looking to our minds, to the way we communicate and share, as well as looking on the personal level, to the necessary changes within the way in which we compute information and lead our lives with awareness. All great change starts with changing our programming, our minds and the way in which we think — anything is possible. Sometimes this ethos can be challenging to accept and integrate, as we are up against years of habitual tendency. We all have the capacity to learn a new way with a little bit of tribulation and tenacity. It is really a time to think outside the box, and to contemplate with an objective perspective around our place, and our actions within this incarnation. To really tune into all cause and effect, and the vision in which we desire to see humanity expressing itself in the future.

Mercury is the lower mind in the chart — the human mind, whereas Uranus is also known as the higher mind — the mind of the collective. Therefore, it is very much connected to the evolutionary and higher streams of consciousness, which we all have the capacity to tap into. This connection is oftentimes facilitated by meditation and mindfulness practices, as well as spending time in nature, so as we can come back to our own true nature beyond all thoughts, perceptions and narratives. It is a state of refinement and simplicity.

Uranus in Taurus is all about an evolving new paradigm of Earth embodiment, this is marking a time of change within the way we treat the Earth, and the way we treat our bodies is but a reflection of how we treat this Earth. The way we farm our foods and energy sources are coming under the spotlight, as there is a collective push to switch from non-renewable resources to renewable energy, we are really looking to support local rather than supporting global conglomerates. We are all consumers, whether we like to admit it or not. We are in a time where humanity is really being ushered to create new structures that respect the environment and its ecosystems, rather than pillage beyond immeasurable return.

The changes undoubtedly start with the individual, and have their effects from the microcosm, all the way through to the macrocosm. The new beginnings we each individually seed, create the revolutionary vision within, and so without.•🌿✨
