In yogic tradition, the Sun rules the Manipura Chakra, which is known as the Solar Plexus in the West. This energy centre is one of the keys in raising consciousness, as it correlates to will power, and without this vital ingredient, one cannot progress on the spiritual path.

Accessing, and working with the energy of Manipura is essential in the alchemical transformation of energy. It is through this process of igniting our inner fire, pushing through our limits, or just simply working with a higher intensity, that we can lift our energy into the heart, as it transmutes the denser energies that keep us stuck in certain programs. So by working with our Manipura, we have the capacity to lift our life into a more heart centred way of being with persistence.

Once we have our energy truly in the heart, we can then progress by drawing energy up to the higher chakras, which allows for much insight and connection.

Some general advice for this transit, to help unify with this energy is to really get into your body, by moving it around, and having a good work out where you exert yourself, or at least find an outlet where you can exert your passion - you can be as creative as you please!

As we know, movement is a form of expression, and really helps with the purification process. We store so much in our bodies, memories, emotions, even our blood is flowing with information that helps to reconstitute our bones over the years, therefore purification on all levels is paramount, body, mind and spirit.•🕉✨
