The majestic Sun is here to shine upon all of us, feel the gears shift, feel the love, the light and the radiance of our solar luminary, the fixed fire, and all the blessings bestowed upon us from this source of light consciousness.

This is undoubtedly going to be one of the best seasons for the year, and this is not because I am a Leo Sun! There is a slight bit of respite, we are out of the heaviness for a bit… and we are opening to evolutionary shifts.

It is a time honouring radical self-acceptance, for power within eccentricities, for being loud and proud, and shining in whatever arena your soul calls too… this is a time to really put down any conditionings and societal expectations, and courageously do you!

Sit in the Sun wherever possible, this is how we can receive light codes. Be open and acknowledge these vibrational frequencies that have an effect on our DNA, and a hugely positive effect on our health as our greatest source of vitamin D - which helps fight off illness and disease, keeping us healthy and strong.

The energy of the sun is like a transmission of consciousness, and it assists in opening to information, programming and shifts of consciousness from the Universe and the collective. The Sun brings in the aspect of Spirit, as well as fire, which has the capacity to transmute denser earth energies, having touching effects on the cellular level. It is like the master alchemist, with strength in positivity and the Yang; it assists in our growth, just as it does through photosynthesis in nature.

Think of yourself as a plant or as a living organism, with no disconnect from nature, and then one may understand the gravity of its importance. This is ever more essential in the Southern Hemisphere as we tend to see much less light at this time, so get out when you can and connect. It is undoubtedly some of the best medicine.
