Full Moon in Taurus 🥀🌝✨⚡️

Pwoarrr, the energy has been building all week, it’s certainly an intense one culminating, as the Moon is conjunct Uranus in Taurus — Uranus in Taurus is the co ruler of this lunation, alongside Venus in Libra, who also rules Taurus, this is some strong fixed energy, which can come across as relentless.

I write this just as the heavens break loose here in the Northern Rivers, the energy has been building more and more throughout the day, there has been an undeniable electricity apparent in the air — an agitated and charged aura that is being carried by the winds. The winds carry information, whispers from our ancestors, they tell us of the change that is beckoning within this potent lunation.

Uranus in Taurus is an activator, he is the great awakener and liberator — he can shock us, and shift us into almighty movement, movement of unparalleled scale into unchartered territories. When Uranus is conjunct the Moon, there is a sense of an undeniable emotional shift, one that is to be birthed into the physical, shaping a new foundation and ethos to run by.

Uranus is progressive, so much so its energy is likened to alien intelligence, and seeks understanding and objectivity at all costs, a paradigm that is uplifting and fair for all humanity, and this is what we are being asked to step into… a completely new paradigm, one that honours earth, its cycles, and values all inhabitants no matter how large or small. This is what the age of Aquarius is all about, and this is what Uranus in Taurus is ushering us into, these big transpersonal shifts that awaken us collectively to the blatant disregard our current systems have for our finite and precious resources.

Uranus in Taurus is seeking balance with the natural world, and its co-ruler Venus in Libra is also asking for right and just relations — all the way from our interpersonal sphere, to a more transpersonal sphere where it seeks to engage in what is in harmony with the collectives mission moving forwards. For far too long humans have separated themselves from nature, idolising and prioritising money and greed, over land and lore that has sustained us for tens of thousands of years. We are in the great awakening, we are being asked to wake up to the facts, or face incredibly dire consequences alternatively. Science has warned us for decades now, some of our species and ecosystems hanging by just a thread.

How many more hectares of forest is there to take? before we realise they are our lungs, our lifeline?

How many sacred sites will we demolish? taking away history and culture from the first nations people, as we stand selfishly on their lands in which we benefit from every single day…

How many more species will be selfishly driven into extinction? and then be left explaining to our future generations that these beautiful creatures once existed, but we were too greedy and we kept taking from nature…

On the more personal scale, this is where the veils are incredibly thin, and we are able to connect to the spirit realm with ease during this time. Through this increasingly tangible connection, we really have the capacity to get some potent insight on a plethora of core levels, levels that touch and shape the soul. As the sun is in the subconscious waters of Scorpio, even more shadow material is prevalent, and brought to the surface for investigation during this time by the Moon and Uranus, with shocking revelations rising into our psyche. The Sun and Moon are in a dialogue, and active tension which is really asking us to address power dynamics and our core values, which set up our navigational compass for life.

By seeing the truth beyond the veils of illusion, in which we create for ourselves, we have the power to transform our lives. This alchemy is only possible if we are willing to look at ourselves honestly and transparently. We must be willing to address our personal shadow, if we are really going to take on our collective shadow material, they are one and the same thing, as we are mirrors of each other.

What is the big shift you need to make? Where can you really take a stand, and step up into a paradigm that honours all expressions of creation?

Now is a time to reconnect to ourselves as beings of the land, to connect to the natural cycles laden within each and every living organism — now is the time to honour life, by honouring the death of the old and outdated ways, now is the time to truly evolve with what we are being presented with. We can no longer pretend, or shy away from this reality. The revolution starts from within, choose it for yourself now, and the world will start shifting, we have the capacity for the ripple effect to emanate far and wide.
