This Full Moon in Pisces is simultaneously expressing both the perils and riches of life — Pisces is complete dissolution and surrender, it is death and it is subsequently life. It is paradoxically nuanced and complicated in its expression, and therefore it's hard to even explain the magnitude and meaning of this sign. It is by its own definition, confusing. It is the realm of the soul, the realm of the gods, and some would even argue that it is beyond the gods — it is furthermore the realm of the complete unknown.
We are not to know, but we can certainly feel our way through this.
As we let go into this liminal space and journey beyond, we dance with the dance of creation. We are purified and given new life, as we allow death to transform. Life is breathed into existence by these moments of profound surrender — and oftentimes the greatest lessons are to be learned and understood in these defining moments.
As with all processes of death, we can be greatly challenged by fear, as fear is one of the biggest driving forces behind our actions, and furthermore it inhibits our capacity to fully merge. At this time, there is the need for realistic reflection, to touch the truth, and the root of the matter — so as we can let go of what is no longer of value, so we can let what is — emerge.
We must tune into:
What is in need of purification, and purging — what is it that isn’t allowing you to be in your greatest vitality?
What is no longer of service, so you can step further into service within your life?
What further adjustments need to be made?… What are all the finer details?
We are calling into equilibrium, we are finding the balance point that is allowing us to live life in the most harmonious manner possible with what our souls yearn for — we are here to make love to our lives as if it was our beloved. We are not here to limit ourselves and our expression, we have the capacity to merge with life so deeply, we are invited every single breathed moment, but oftentimes we forget this.
We are coming into a potent culmination, a time that the energies usher us into seeing the unseen aspects, as they rise within us. They are called by this full moon to the surface — and to the heart of the matter.
What is this life really about?
How do we merge with the divine in our lives?
What do we need to do to let it in? so as to be in deeper service to the great mystery.
With the Sun being in Virgo however, we are graced with some pragmatism and orientation, as we are conduits for the soul to speak through our beings, and into our realities. Messages and prompts from the other side are certainly possible during this transit — we are here to listen and to allow this dialogue and holy communion.
Markedly significant events could be culminating — this is a time to receive guidance, and follow the signs. Things are being illuminated right now, which are edging us into a higher direction of our soul's expression. Our emotional realms are certainly heightened during this transit, and we are prompted to dig deep into the realms of the soul — where we may encounter unexpected possibilities, as new chapters emerge from the chaotic unknown.
We also can be seduced by illusion at this time, or we could be utterly confused as we battle our pragmatic minds with our dreams. Take nothing as verbatim until we are out of mercury retrograde period. The mercurial energy of Virgo will be quick to try and analyse, and try and conclude, yet this is such a potent time — what is dropping in from the heavens needs to be thoroughly digested and distilled.
It is a time of deep and slow reflection — of understanding what is, and also the limitless nature of our realities. It is a time to ponder our options, but not a time of making drastic choices. Take things slowly and methodically, as our clarity could be thwarted — wait until there is a complete obviousness to make the life changing choices. We may very well be coming to terms with something deeper… and sometimes these murmurings can be so wild that we disregard their medicine and magic. As Carl Jung said “ Enchantment is the oldest form of medicine”.
