A Prayer

May we All recognise that the light in which animates us individually, is the light in which animate us All. 

May we recognise and respect the utter beauty and intrigue of difference. May we hold one another with awe and deep reverence, in the comprehension of the completely necessary and in-malleable polarity that exists, whether it be your next door neighbour or on the other corner of the globe.

May this light, the life within, be a reminder of our intrinsically interdependent relationality to the other — of our undeniable humanity. And may this connection to our own humanity, transmogrify our own earnest desire for care and equality for all of humanity. 

May we recognise all the places in which we find our belonging — holding them preciously in our hearts, and in our actions. May we foster this connection with much devotion and responsibility, tending to the lands in which hold us so unconditionally — to the Earth Mother, and the legacy that is left for future generations.

May we recognise our small place within the celestial bodies — within the immeasurable universe, whilst also recognising our very important individual role simultaneously, and therefore the role of every single one of us animated within this existence. 

May we recognise that we cannot comprehend everything, and that there is always a greater mystery at play. And may we always honour this great mystery.
